2019 was the year of CBD for Missouri. CBD shops started popping up on seemingly every corner. Suddenly CBD was available in grocery stores, boutiques, malls, even coffee shops (“Want to add a shot of CBD to your cappuccino for two extra dollars?”) With all of these options, it is important to do some research to find out not only what the best products are in regard to effectiveness, but also which ones are tested and safe. Don’t worry – we did the research for you. The “Feel Peace” gel caps are specially formulated for use at the end of the day to aid in recovery & relaxation. They contain 25mg of CBD as well as 1mg of Melatonin and 1mg of Chamomile Oil. Gel Caps make it super easy to consume and are good for knowing the exact dosage. Packaging recommends taking 1-2 each day. The publisher of this publication enjoys Feel CBD Alive, which has curcumin added. Curcumin can aid in anti-inflammatory relief and focus. Feel CBD is 100% THC-free.

Blue Key CBD peppermint or cinnamon oil
Blue Key CBD was founded by the owners of The Natural Way in Fenton out of a need to offer Missouri customers a high-quality CBD that was also completely THC free, for those who are worried about drug testing. The proprietary high cannabidiol medicinal hemp is grown organically in Colorado and processed in New York. It is non-GMO, pharmaceutical grade, all-natural, and has a smooth taste – really! Available in several different flavors, but our favorites are peppermint or cinnamon.

Topical Vibes in Jefferson City is a great place to pick up quality CBD products, including Beleaf and Blue Key products and a variety of topicals. But the shop goes a step further, offering a variety of lotion and oil bases that customers can add CBD and essential oils for a flat rate based on the bottle size – all at a very reasonable price. We love the idea of a morning lotion that is invigorating with peppermint and lavender (and CBD) or a soothing post-shower oil with ylang-ylang, rose, and bergamot (and CBD). Available from Relax Brands online and distributed statewide, Honey Stix are one of the best CBD infused honey stick offerings we’ve found. We’ve tried a lot of CBD honey sticks that left a lot to be desired – or were downright nasty – but this is a product we’ll be re-ordering. Each stick has 10 mg of CBD in it and comes in a pack of 5. Available in Happy Honey Sticks and Magic Maple Stix – they’re both worth trying and are enjoyable. We really love the Magic Maple Stix – the same ingredients, plus maple syrup! Yum.

Hari Om Bath Bombs
Hari Om Hemp does right when it comes to CBD products that give you a spa-like experience at home. CBD bath bombs are great for full-body relaxation and pain relief. The Hari Om Hemp Chakra Balancing bath bombs contain 25mg of Organic Full Spectrum CBD rich hemp oil, as well as Epsom salt, coconut oil, and a blend of essential oils. The “Solar Plexus Chakra” (pictured) bath bomb contains geranium, lemon, and sweet marjoram. We love the Helping Hand and Heavenly bath bombs.
